Jolly Cat's Jumpin' Beans is more than just a coffee trailer—it’s a dream realized by Mackenzie and her partner Shawn. We combined our obsession with the perfect roast with our deep-rooted love for animals to create a space that feels like home, even when it’s on wheels.
We believe that your morning routine should be the best part of your day. That’s why we focus on hand-crafted specialty drinks, homemade lemonade, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every customer feel like a friend.

Our name is a tribute to our very first cat, JC (the original Jolly Cat). She wasn't just a pet; she was our inspiration. Her playful spirit and "jolly" personality are the foundation of our business.
We carry her memory with us in every cup we serve. When we tell you to "Stay Jolly," we're sharing a piece of the joy she brought into our lives with you.
